How did I miss that Austin 7 Ulster (Replica???) earlier   :?:

Took the V8 on a belated (Dry) Drive It Day run on Sunday. Drove the A4059 Penderyn Road (Nicer than the A470 has become). I don't go that way often, as it is a bit out of my way. I remember many years ago, the Abercynon Road Club (Cycling club), of which I was then a member, used to have club runs on a Sunday (In the Autumn and Winter - ie not the racing season) and that road was one of our routes. I always did like that road and had almost forgotten what a nice run it is. It suits the V8's torque but with the twists and especially the camber changes and undulations, a well driven Lotus Elan would show you a clean pair of heels :!: I spotted a sand coloured, B reg Series 2A Land Rover en route.

Today a nice looking maroon Triumph TR6 has been past (I wonder if Llangynidr Service Station have it in for work?) a few times.

Didn't PC build one of these at Beaulieu autojumble a few years ago?

Was it this one?

Saw a yellow Triumph Spitfire when I watched Final Destination 3 last night! I know, but it was one of those films you stumble across and watch and then wonder why you bothered! is it supposed to be a comedy?
Mike.

That Daf must have been registered at around the same time as My brown Automite, its registration was also a PKE***L, in that case because it was a plate donor, the Daf must be an import and the odd placement of the steering wheel tends to reinforce that theory.
V8 250 for me though, nice spotting!

Spotted this poor sod from a footbridge over the A12 in Leytonstone today, obviously having a bit of a mechanical problem as I can't imagine he was being nicked for speeding! Apologies for the low quality phone pic, but It's obviously pre war with suicide doors, and would take a bit of nerve to be on that road at 9am!

And something shiny and Japanese in Tesco car park the other day......

Apologies for the low quality pics.....blackberry...such a good work tool in many ways but such a rubbish camera!

Looks a lot like the Riley i stopped to help a couple of weeks ago. He was having vapour lock problems. Bloke lives in Brentwood so would make sense to be on the A12. (pic taken with my Galaxy Note 3 ;) )

Spotted today. Obviously been sitting outdoors (or at least 1/2 outdoors) for a while. Waste of a Herald, IMO.

Not a Herald...it's a MkII Vitesse, or at least the bonnet is! I spotted an ADO16, MG variant today coming the other way, quite a rare version these days.
