The front outrigger required some modification before a good fit to the chassis was achieved

Leading edge of the A post was fabricated and let in along with the front outrigger being tacked into position

The sill could now be trial fitted

Lots of fettling required in order to achieve the correct gapping

This requires quite a lot of brute force so first I need to get some strength into the sills at the
A & B posts

Looks simple but quite a complex repair to the lower A post completed - next is to get further strength into the B post by completing the sill repairs in that area
