Need a professional prop/drive shaft specialist.

#1 Post by Mitsuru »

Need a professional prop/drive shaft specialist.

If you recall I sent my drivers side driveshaft through,
and with my friendly garages help to a specialist (along
with one of there drive shafts.
That was before Christmas.
I had been told that it had been up in Scotland because
of a driver collecting the wrong basket of deliveries.

As I had to drop the ECU off to the garage I was taken
to one side to be shown my returned drive shaft
UNTOUCHED!!
Not only was mine untouched but so were theirs!

Commercial Propshaft Services Ltd,
190 Kingsway South, Team Valley Trading Estate,
Gateshead, Tyne and Wear, NE11 0SH.

Commercial Propshaft Services ltd nolonger modifies
drive shafts anymore, as the person who used to
modify and make them from scratch them nolonger
works there!

So!! from post code TS27 4AH,
where is there a company that can do this?
It's not just for me but for my friendly garage too,
as he repairs classic cars and now has nowhere to
get parts over hauled.
I'm Diabetic,& disabled BUT!! NOT DEAD YET!!

Commercial made a one-piece propshaft - to eliminate the centre carrier where originally one was fitted - as recently as last November, a very fine job they made of it too.
It helps to walk in with a drawing for their staff to work to. ;)
