Tonight's the night then!
Tonight's the night then!
Well according to the Mayans tonight's the night so just thought I would say its been a rear pleasure knowing you all and see you in the next life, Oh and I just insured the Minx today for the next 12months

Never play chess with a pigeon. It will knock all the pieces over, S*#t on the board and then strut around pretending it won.

Depending on who you read it was supposed to be either 0600 or 1111 so it's already happened...

Sadly for some, the world has and will end today. I heard something about this on the radio and it would appear that the way the present epoch has ended led some to assume it meant the end of the world. Apparently this calender has simply been reset to nil (Something like that) but there is another epoch starting.

Ubuntu, Android and other Linux distros will cope, I'm rubbing my hands together in anticipation of the sheer quantity of Windows users who'll be hanging themselves in their airing cupboards by now.Martin Evans wrote:....Apparently this calendar has simply been reset to nil (Something like that) but there is another epoch starting.
Nah, the whole thing's a load of old epochs.

I did hear that someone had gone into a local bookie's to put a bet on that the world will end today...
Re: Tonight's the night then!
Sadly (?) it was just a count down calendar that the Mayans had, that ended in some unspecified change.
It was NEVER about the ending of the world.
Personally, I suspect "The Coming of the Great White Handkerchief" to be imminent.
I know where my towel is..........
