Re: Austin a35,my new project
Just a few bits of bright stuff to find and it looks as if it could be a nice little motor. I admit I was a Moggy fan as a child, though my uncle had one of these in the 50s - before he went on to the Hillmans and Singers as his career with Martins and Barclays progressed (my father, a vicar, ended up back on the motor bikes - a reverse career progression!).
I'm looking forward to more pictures as work progresses, I prefer to see the "simple" classics being restored than some of the "flash" sports cars!

Hi Tractorman,i got all the brightwork with the car, along with the back screen,a new inner & outer sill for one side,a brand new carpet set and 4 new hubcaps so i think i got a pretty good deal.It needs the front drivers floor sorting, back drivers is same & a couple of holes in the boot to plate, the back door has been repaired but very badly as it doesnt meet the rear wing at the bottom so another door will be needed i think.

Cool project! I gave my dads away when he passed, at a time when I had no idea how to work on motors regretted it ever since Ive started tinkering.
Saw one elsewhere geting a MX5 engine and running gear fitted!
