Yep, just about to post the same answer but, thanks to the forum's ability to tell us when someone got there first, didn't have to.

It must surely be the special order, wide-bodied version made for fat polises?

Is it not a Vauxhall though? It's an Opel, built in Germany. With a Vauxhall badge slapped on it to fool the public. Correct, yes?
