youtube

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

 Wow! Who could possibly have known that smashing up modern Micras could make such fascinating viewing? I'm assuming that we were looking at a demolition derby there, why else would such a bunch of total lunatics be allowed onto the track?

That reminds me of my Minicross (850cc) racing days in the late '70's, early '80's.

I watched it with the sound off. Much as I can't stand B/L cars, I like Clarkson even less. Don't come up with one featuring Evans though, my computer might not cope, I certainly won't.

 One what? My money would be on the blue rinse 'cos he'd sooner do that than be seen alive in a Micra. Probably..

Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.

I wonder if they are on piecework? One engine in six minutes, that's eighty engines in an eight hour day. At that rate they could soon win back their motor manufacturing industry.
