Re: breakdown truck
Yeah, it presents very well and isn't covered in seagull pooh - which apparently matters to some folk
- but now I look back, I can't seem to find an earlier link to the car in your epic thread, so maybe I haven't yet grasped the whole attention paying thing?
I do, however, remember looking up its test history and finding that it has needed a fair bit of welding in its past and is needing (cosmetic?) sill work to make it perfect now, but maybe I found it during my regular eBay/C&C/Autotrader trawl through pre-1999 Japanese devices with automatic transmission? I have that set as a search, along with alloy wheels (14", 100mm x4 for 12mm studs, 54.1mm bore, ET45 if anyone wants to flog a nice set of BBS or o/e early MX5 rims..), small steering wheels (pre-2002 Toyota spline pattern, maximum 12" and not one of these modern ones with a flat bottom..), JDM wing (not door) mirrors, oh, and shovels long enough to reach the bottom of a 6' deep hole from standing height above the ground.
