Maybe the soft top version of the 1948 Ford Prefect? That has the doors swinging the right way and has that swage line below the drop pane?

Ooh that's nice! Funny how they managed to find so much more legroom in small cars back then. You'd probably need something about 17 feet long these days to get that much space.
