PC have just updated their Facebook page with the October issue so I would assume it is hitting the shelves any time now.
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

Mine arrived on Saturday. they usually appear on the shelves a couple of days after so should be there by now.
