Cheap electric windows

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

Cheap electric windows

#1 Post by TerryG »

If anybody would like electric windows in their classic, here is a completely reversible and cheap way of doing it:
http://www.wimp.com/powerwindows/
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

It's a bit of a faff making sure you attach it the right way round, my method is far easier, and sorted at the mere flick of a switch. :D
