Only if you take one of the front wheels off.
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

I'm liking the R4-based Jeepalike. Not much alike granted, but at least it shows that the R4's mahoosive separate chassis can be used in cars that don't tell people that the driver is eccentric and smells of food. :)
