LOTUS MK1 CORTINA RESTORATION

Post pictures and stories about your cars both present and past. Also post up "blogs" on your restoration projects - the more pictures the better! Note: blog-type threads often get few replies, but are often read by many members, and provide interest and motivation to other enthusiasts so don't be disappointed if you don't get many replies.

These cars when built had bad door gaps/bonnet gaps ect.The gaps now
are as good as your going to get them.Interior is at the trimmers.
New headlining/carpet/seats and center console re-covered.

Tell ya what, JPS, how about you do that with the H120 by way of inspiration and then maybe the Chap will follow suite? Fair, yes? :)

That Cortina is going to be stunning, I really do get excited by the quality you manage to achieve with your resto jobs. Keep us all waiting would you? What a big tease! ;)

Spent a day on it Saturday.
The tops of the wings needed a skim to make level with the
scuttle. Also got the door gap sorted on the drivers side.
