:o Wondering what type bumper versions are best sought after for mk 2 jags/Daimler 250v8 thick or slim.

MK2s never had the slimmer type originally as they were a revision that came with the demise of the MK2, at the introduction of the 240 & 340 in 1967, same with the Daimler from that time so if it's a MK2, then the deeper one with the central "valley" in the pressing is correct, for 240/340s and late Daimler 250s, the slim blade is correct but you could always make like Morse and fit MK2 bumpers to a 240 to kid people on that it's an older MK2. ;)

Surely the best investment potential lies in the direction of originality but for looks? Deeper, earlier style for me every time! :drool:
