It's been a productive day, first job was to re stick the edges of the headlining round the frames, and refit the visors, mirror handles and light, thankfully everything lined up with a little tugging, although we do have a few wrinkles which hopefully will drop out over time. With that done, the felt door strips got refitted, so hopefully I won't cut my head open on the flange it fits to again! Yes it still kin hurts

Carpet edges got glued down, and the chrome door sills screwed down to finish that job off. By then the wife had got home, so I roped her in to helping refit the screens, which both went back in with no fuss or drama, which was nice. So, after picking the sproggs up from school, got the rear C pillar trims refitted, have put the originals back on for now, but will probably replace them at some point in the future. Once they were stuck back on, the chrome strips went back on, but I need to order some new clips to refit both front doors strips. Mirrors cleaned up and refitted, followed by a quick polish of the bumpers, wash of the wheels, and the realisation that everything is pretty much back on the car. Apart from the aforementioned strips, just the window winder handles to go back on, but door cards need to come back off as I forgot to put the springs on before the cards

Leaves me then, the joys of flatting back and polishing, a job I really love...
Need to think about sorting a new MOT as that ran out the other week, shouldn't be a problem hopefully, and I'm sure they'll sort headlamp alignment out too seeing as that's been disturbed. At last I can see it 'finished' and I'm happy with the colour scheme, it works really well, and the rear panel looks fine in gloss I reckon, and should look even better once it gets shined up
I reckon it looks pretty damn good, but that's just my opinion
When the sun's out it really does show up the true colour, at other times it looks a bit watered down.
