breakdown truck

Got something to say, but it's not classic related? Here's the place to discuss. Also includes the once ever-so-popular word association thread... (although we've had to start from scratch with it - sorry!)

 If it were a manual, yes, but the engine from an auto A series is usually thrown out along with the transmission since it's only of any use to someone with another auto and then only if it's another mini Metro. This is how so many of the surviving mini Metros are autos and that, IMFO, is a good thing 'cos the AP is a great device, only the Hondamatic found in Acclaims matches it for a two pedal setup in a small car of the period. Apart from the conventional auto found in the original R5 that is, but they tended to suffer with slipping clutches at a few years and ended up consigned to the recycling bins, something that has happened to far fewer mini/mini Metro autos. Relatively of course since neither now exists in K10 quantities. K10; now there's a durable car that's still around in large numbers. Shame I'm not so keen on ferrofluid CVTs.

It is OK for those sensible people running firefox and adblock plus.

No, it's very far from fine or I (and more importantly BT5R3's solid inbuilt security) wouldn't have bothered to flag it. As for Micro$oft; no thanks, I just had my tea.

It is one of the banners on the site. If I turn my ad filter on, the problem goes away.
