Post pictures and stories about your cars both present and past. Also post up "blogs" on your restoration projects - the more pictures the better! Note: blog-type threads often get few replies, but are often read by many members, and provide interest and motivation to other enthusiasts so don't be disappointed if you don't get many replies.

No need for it to be any more complex than that, no. Unless you want it to be adjustable from inside the car to suit the occasion.
Isn't there a chap from somewhere in Shropshire on the Dolomite forum who's building up a (orange as it happened) Sprint to which he was planning to fit a Corsa-derived epas setup? Can't remember who that was as It's about two years since I was a member there but I think the guy I have in mind is or was running a maroon Toledo with an Opel Rekord/Vauxhall Carlton OHC engine.
J "Home is where you park it", so the saying goes. That may yet come true..
sorry, I need to check my glasses. That should be all that's needed to get it to work

It looks more like a car than a wreck at last All the doors are rebuilt, bar wood and cards, but I may re-varnish the caps before refitting as the old varnish is coming off in places. Considering everything was refitted with the doors hung, I've come out of it relatively unscathed, one small paper cut from just catching the edge of door skin, and a skinned knuckle from when the window came down trying to get the winder back in Just need to tweak the alignments now the seals are on.
OMG, look, some bits that aren't orange! have you checked the MOT guide to see if you can paint the sidelights?
That is looking good (and very, very orange). At this rate you'll be back on the road by the weekend.

Not this weekend I'm afraid, got to run the outlaws around in the morning, go shopping Thursday as my cousin is visiting Friday from The States so I don't think I'll get much chance to do owt for rest of week. Mind, all being well, might get roof and tail panel painted this weekend, or beginning of next week
And now I'm caught up with this thread. I very nearly confused this car with that of Alolympic over on Retro Rides for he has a BRIGHT ORANGE Triumph, but then I paid attention to the dates on the posts, and the fact that his is a Toledo... I'm being a mega-derp just lately.
