So, was Seven of Nine in the episode you watched? If yes; what was she wearing?

"Home is where you park it", so the saying goes. That may yet come true..

Re: Car SOS
Is Jeri Ryan ever in anything other than a catsuit? (and now we are talking about star trek this is officially a classic car site
)

Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

Re: Car SOS
If there is a second series of Car SOS I wonder if the Starship Enterprise could be a resto. The original Enterprise reg NCC1701. Get in a specialist to fit seat belts. Of course the 'phut phut' doors onto the flight deck will have to stay. Tim will want it retrimmed and Fuzz will want it back to as built. I would go with Fuzz though nice burgundy velor trim with button tufted seats would look good. Perhaps stars and stripes dice?

You're very kind Mike. I seemed to do a lot of eating and drinking in this one. The Elan body was super straight thanks to Mike Nathan and Richard. My only contribution to the body was to lean on it!!

I haven't seen tonight's one yet as the other half insisted that I took her out but it sounds like you have been to the Mike Brewer school of classic car restoration for that onePhil P wrote:My only contribution to the body was to lean on it!!

Re: Car SOS
I have now watched the whole series and would like to add my comments;
I have really enjoyed all the episodes, but, like many others, I would like to have seen more work being done, but saying that I understand the producers need to attract a wider audience than just us greasy fingered individuals.
The choice of vehicles has been excellent, I particulary enjoyed the Austin 12 programme, it was interesting to see the metal stitching process, but I see that Fuzz is still a bit 'ham fisted', especially when it came to adjusting the timing chain on the Austin and pressing the shaft out of the Lotus' hub. He always liked the BIG hammer approach in Practical Classics workshop!!
I think Fuzz comes across very well on the box, but Tim seems a bit of an arse!!
I hope we get to see more episodes in the future, all I can say is watch out Wheeler Dealers!!!
Oh, and Phil you're a man from my era, keep Fuzz under control!!
John.
