I do have photo's of it. It was registered YSF 471.
It was unfortunately rolled and written of by my brother about 1970 when it had done about thousand miles.
We stripped the wreck and used some of the parts on other minis we both owned.

I also bought a clubman for my wife when she passed her test. It was purple so I resprayed it red with a black roof.

I'd still be interested in seeing some pics of the luggage. Email me at Brett at nicho.id.au and I will put them up.

Hello
I came across this topic and was very interested in seeing what the set you have looks like.
Is there anyway you can post or email me some pictures of the set?
I did see a set of luggage for under the seats in original BMC boxes go for a riddiculous some of money about 1 or 2 years back on eBay.
Thanks Ken

Here is a picture of one of the cases that was on eBay with its original BMC box.
The listing on the auction called it a bottle case.
It went for quite a bit of money. Wonder what a whole set would be worth today??? :D

This reminds me; I saw a sectioned Mini on display at Coalbrookdale. Even the luggage has been sectioned :!: I like the reg number  :!:

Are there two of these sectioned cars or is that the same one that was on display at the Heritage collection in Syon Park? Must be a while since I was there as they moved to Gaydon some years back.

Not sure; I've been to Coalbrookdale twice and I'm sure this Mini was also there in 2006.

There was a car dealer, not far from here, who probably sold it......possibly welded to half of another car and knowing them, it may not have been a Mini :!:
