I am about to sign an agreement to lease a workshop which has more space than I require and so I'm inviting interest from anyone who'd like to share the space.
It is a lock up space on a farm with power and light and measures (in total) 24' x 20' approx. It's alarmed and behind gates.
If anyone is interested then please reply to me with the details of your requirements (storage / repair/ restoration / and importantly likely duration etc) and I will provide additional information. Please note this isn't necessarily first come first grabs but as it will in effect be a sub-let I need to be clear on intentions etc.
Unfortunately I haven't any pictures just yet. I'll be taking occupancy in the next week or two.
