Here's the place to chat about all things classic. Also includes a feedback forum where you can communicate directly with the editorial team - don't hold back, they'd love to know what they're doing right (or wrong of course!)
It's amazingly quiet on the classic front, given the weather .
I am at my parent's place and about to clean my mother's BGT (Changed the oil this morning). I'm sure a Triumph Herald convertible went by.......didn't get a good view.....it was a soft top and it sounded like a Herald. One or other of my MGs will be out this week (I got MOTs on both a week last Wednesday)

Yesterday I saw a Lotus Elan S4 and on the way in this morning, I spotted a MK1 Golf Convertible in the distance. I'm sure the MK1 Convertible was made up to around 1992 (There never was a Mk2 Convertible), so the car I saw must be getting on a bit now. I got the impression it may have been more a "Coal in the bath car", than a cherrished classic. Pitty, as the MK1 Convertible was one of the better cars of it's type and clearly someone has looked after it at some time, or else it would have been bean tins years ago.
