Funnily enough, eBay seems to have been awash with the Metro breed recently. I was outbid on no fewer than four really nice ones so there's clearly demand there, yet still the cars remain affordable. Probably not for much longer as folk who don't remember the cars from the '80s are catching on to just how much Metro you can have for your money.

Fortunately, and presumably as a result of the 4-speed AP transmission being something of a Marmite thing (I
love it as well as needing it), two-pedal versions are often a few quid below manuals and a straight, usable one with decent tyres or indeed
conventional wheels and tyres, wouldn't have to work too hard to find itself being bought by me.
Lipari Blue would be good.
