Here's the place to chat about all things classic. Also includes a feedback forum where you can communicate directly with the editorial team - don't hold back, they'd love to know what they're doing right (or wrong of course!)
oooh,a bodykitted and whale-tailed Beetle would arouse me somewhat these days
Purely for the retro value you understand.
Have you forgotten that once we were brought here we were robbed of our names, robbed of our language,we lost our religion, our culture, our God? And many of us by the way we act,we even lost our minds.

Naturally. Though I seem to recall a certain documentary about some guy from the States who was just a little too fond of a Beetle.....
Methinks that all of the usual classics I spot hereabouts must have gone on some sort of group holiday. First day in ages when I've seen nothing older or more interesting than an (admittedly rather fine) C-plate - so 1985/86 - Nissan Micra K10 in metallic beige, complete with the obligatory bag of Werther's in the oddments tray and travel rug on the back seat.
Mmm, K10. I so would.
J "Home is where you park it", so the saying goes. That may yet come true..
Here's something that really got me semi
interested :-
A BX 4x4 (yes it was,and not just on the high suspension setting,it had 'gubbins' by the gearstick),how rare must that be ?

Went on a little trip on the A55 North Wales yesterday and kept overtaking Hillman Imps - all was revealed when I got to Bangor where there was some kind of Imp event going on!!! Al shades of Imp including Singer Chamois, Husky, and what I think was a Nymph beach buggy! Must have seen about 25!
On the same journey a brown Austin Maxi, an early Mercedes SL, 2 Morgans and a Marlin. So good days classic spotting!!!
