Graham Walker has a parts breakdown of the coupe/se5 box.
The damaged circlip you have could be the item 15 for the 1st/2nd gear cluster. This may explain why the mainshaft bearing wont reseat and reverse is stuck.
If the 1/2nd synchro hub has moved then item 23 could be dislodged.

Makes the props/driveshafts for the WRC.

Made a custom one for me (sherpa auto zf to scimitar se6 back axle) great job

Just because a dealer has bought the car, it doesnt mean it wont go to someone who will love it later. In fact as the next buyer will pay more, they could be more inclined to cherish it.

The reason dealers use this ploy IMO, is the very fact the seller 'narrow mindedly' ?? wouldnt part with it to a ...

Classic friendly - Woodcote, Reading, Berkshire

I have used Terry Smith at TS Cars and Son/Woodcote Garage for my Jaguar.
They specialise in Jaguars but are friendly to classic cars and Terry is a 'Bitter' enthusiast. (as in the car as well as the beer!)
