Was running well, then started idling a bit low. We got stuck in some traffic, and ...

Re: September issue - Whaddya think?

Not read all of it yet but like what I have! Especially liked the gas guzzler test, and the 4x4 Jag. In contrast to a previous poster I think the mag has really improved recently. I was havin a clearout and came accross some 3-4year old copies - and whilst these were good the current mag beats it ...

Re: What classic vehicles have you seen?

Went on a little trip on the A55 North Wales yesterday and kept overtaking Hillman Imps - all was revealed when I got to Bangor where there was some kind of Imp event going on!!! Al shades of Imp including Singer Chamois, Husky, and what I think was a Nymph beach buggy! Must have seen about 25!

On ...

Actually thought this was the best of the recent TG series'. Good guests (well Noble and Cooper anyway) some nice cars and good laughs! And they even tried to do a serious car piece about Electric cars!!

Re: Road tax rip off

Ultimately Road Tax is one thing stopping people from buying and running 'classic' cars. I doubt I could afford to run a pre-73 classic on my high mileage but knowing I would pay barely any road tax I plumped for a new car. Surely there could be something for those who are low users. Could theree ...
