hi folks. thanks for replies.I have fitted a new clamp and held the downpipe in place with the jack.At the moment all seems well, Fitted it up without paste and time will tell. Regards jtk

Hi folks looking for a product that will seal the exhaust downpipe to the exh manifold on my mini. Problem is, exhaust is rigid but the engine moves. Tried the usual paste but it breaks up.Need something flexible that can take the high temperature, hopefully before I go deaf, regards jtk

marker pen

Hi folks,somehow I have got a line of indelible marker pen on my cream vinyl dash.Anyone have any removal ideas.Have tried various items but only fades it .Have tried thinners,panelwipe,silicone eater,hairspray,nail varnish deodorant and vinegar.Any thoughts appreciated. regards j3k

hi joe thanks for reply.Will try that, have made totally new dash with afromosia teak. The centre section protrudes vertically and houses mgb speedo, rev, oil,water and fuel (smiths)Houses all new flick switches and warning lights.Looks good, will look better when I get it all working.Also have ...
