This was on the old forum so i thought i would bring it back up i know many people here liked the series, i know some don't like quentin wilson i recent years but when he did the car the star series he wasn't that bad at least he drove a reliant robin without rolling it or being nasty about it he just talked about the car in a general point of view. The bbc hasn't repeated the series for a long time or made it available to buy on DVD or download so please show your support on the BBC site

Whenever I see Quentula's ultra-punchable fizzog, I'm reminded of that liquid swarf known as "Engine Restore" and how we used to laugh about it......

Can't stand the stuck-up prick! I've heard that he was done for clocking, but who knows whether that's factual or a clever bit of self-publicity by Quntin's PR team to make him seem more like
one of the boys?
He
might be a really nice bloke in real life, but if he is, then he has a funny way of showing it.

That's a bit like comparing Tesco own brand vinegar to Beaujolais nouveau.
So different as to render any comparison meaningless.
Clarkson's a very clever fella whose TV persona is incredibly skilfully judged.
Willson? A slimey wide boy whose brain cell is probably quite lonely, rattling around in that big old head all on its ownsome.

As my old Nan used to say (God rest her soul, she's not dead or owt, just tired),Never trust a man who uses Swarfega as a hair styling product.
Infact never trust a man who uses hair styling products full stop.
Sage advice there, although why you would take advice from a herb I don't know.
