Hi all.
I've been restoring cars (mainly Italian) and bikes for around 30 years and have managed thanks to helps from experienced friends to learn how to do most things for myself.

My current collection which are always ongoing projects really and in various stages of build/refurbishment

1973 Fiat 500 F

1980 Ferrari 308 GTS which I am currently re-painting and re commissioning to sell due to another project coming later this year I hope.

This is it a while back

and this is it currently.

Lancia integrale Evolution 2

Again once looked like this

Vespa 50 Special currently on going.

My uncles BSA Sunbeam that he gave to me last year. Again a future resto

Some really lovely motors there - you like your Italian tin don't you? Or do you just have shares in a welding supplies company.....

Great stuff. I'd love to see pictures of the BSA as it goes under your skilled hands..... ?

I'd love to post all the work I've done to now on the restorations but it would take to long so I hope the Mods don't mind if I drop a link to my little site were I have kept all my builds. That way I can start from a new point as this seems to be a nice place for like minded people with a lot of variations which is good.

Ferrari 308 re-commission http://www.maranellohouse.com/308restoration.html
Lancia integrale build http://www.maranellohouse.com/evo2.html
Lancia Fulvia work http://www.maranellohouse.com/berlina.html
Vespa 50 SP restoration http://www.maranellohouse.com/scooter.html

Happy to have the post removed if it is not deemed the right place.

This is exactly the right place and we certainly have no issue with links to your restoration blogs, especially for vehicles as cool as those.
We all like a good restoration blog. Other people working always gives those of us with projects more motivation to get outside with the spanners (or welder, paint gun, etc).
I'll be reading through them "at lunch" :)

Thanks for sharing those links - I love the way your dad set to and stripped the Vespa. His face looks familiar - he's not 'Workshop Phil' from the Car SOS programme is he

 Your actually the second person to say that. He has a unique way of doing for sure, just glad I didn't let him lose on a car

I've always been into Italian cars but love some British, French and the odd German stuff to, and anything that little bit different really.

My workhorse and I absolutely love it.

And this one is mine I'm told if I can get it down  Problem is it was put up with a forklift when there was room for a forklift and now there is ramps but there so no room for a forklift.

The image is only visible to people who are logged in at RPM.. :(

Now we're biting our nails in anticipation of discovering the mystery car's identity. 8-)
