This is an '89 Mini City E that I bought last year with the intention of giving it to my Mum as a christmas present. I thought it needed a new a panel, a tidy up and a respray. How wrong could i have been!! The entire front end was too far gone to i put a fibreglass clubman front on it. In hindsight i wouldnt do a flipfront again, it's not worth the hassle. I had to replace both a panels, inner and outer sills and both doors. The scuttle ends also needed replaced and the bottom of both quarter panels and the boot floor patched. Oh and the rear valance replaced too. The pictures you see of the car in green undercoat and white primer were taken on december 23rd. She first saw blue on christmas eve, and was hidden in my neighbours driveway complete with windows and doors and whatnot late on christmas eve night. I can only post 4 pictures for some reason but you get the idea I'm sure.

You are only allowed to attach 4 images per post but you are quite welcome to make multiple posts with 4 in each.

Thanks Terry, I'm new to this forum. The mini now has a black roof and black group 7 arches and graphite grey superlites.

That looks like a labour of love. Good to see that you like the green oval too with the "table" at the back of your workshop ;)

Love the green oval! I've had 2 300tdi discos, 3 diesel P38s, a 3.9 RRC Soft Dash brooklands and a 200tdi 110 station wagon. I still have a 300tdi disco ES Auto, a diesel manual p38 and the SW
