Just got the issue today, interesting about the new skytv series with Fuzz.I first thought it was the show that used to be on with Mark Evans where he would go around the country with people who are restoring projects. But now I realize its the UK version of "Overhaulin".

Tut Tut! His loss :P

Wouldn't you think the guy with all the moggies in the mag feature would have fitted a 1075cc engine in the traveller instead of the 948 surely, while he was at it at all.

My favourite ever A-series, that massively oversquare 1071 was only available in an East-West (FWD with gearbox in sump) style of block, I'd assume that the poster meant 1275?

There is no need to be mocking me :) ;) , yeah well actually 1275 or 1098 would have been better. My brain must have short circuited

I wasn't mocking, I did think that you meant 1071 which was the capacity of the original Cooper S engines until some bright spark decided that stump pulling torque mattered more than the wail from the exhaust of a 1071 S at full chat - somewhere >8,000rpm in stock form off the showroom floor.

Well PC shame on you, you have let your standards slip badly :( :) ,allowing that TVR Cerbera sports car onto the pages of the mag.In my opinion that is a modern car.Though I do like your description of the plane :P

As for Andys letter about being refused entry to a show, yes that is the correct decision IMO of that show, though others will not agree no doubt.
