Bench shears?? Metal cutter thingme?

OH birthday coming soon and I see he is watching some bench shears on *bay.
He's doing alot of work on the car with varying thickness of metal.
Whats the best ones? Can afford about £100 or so.
Any advice very much appreciated.

Hello There
I use a Sykes Pickavant mini-cutter which is a roller shear thingy and it is worth it weight in gold. I have abused it for over 20years and has just given up on me. I will now buy a service kit for it and it will continue to be abused for another 20.

Not sure what thickness he needs to cut with it?? HELP!!!
Looked up the one suggested but unsure which one was better. Only found one supplier for it too.
