Could not have told you what it was without some detective work but knew instantly where the vehicle was located has the same location also houses the largest museum collection of Jowetts in the world (well about 10 of them across the model range from 1910 - 1954) The location being 'Bradford Industrial Museum' - Apologies - anorak now put back in the cupboardA Scott Sociable

Aron - It is indeed the final creation of Gabriel B Voisin and was named 'The Biscooter' - probably the ugliest thing on wheels that he ever designed when compared with the stunning cars of the 1930's that he penned.
