I like those, but that one isn't derived directly from a 2CV, look at that door and wing, though a Deuche-based version was made, that picture shows a van based on one of these:

Dyane shown was found parked by Pickering Station down there in the North Riding of Yorkshire. Photo borrowed from flickR member and fellow B&O enthusiast, Steven Barker.

Indeed, well noticed.... :geek:  I guess that answers the 'acadiane' badge! Thanks

And another Deuche-related post, this time a rather special 2cv seen this morning parked in the car park by Kirkstall Abbey in Leeds, where I was busy looking at yet another complete waste of time in the shape of a mini I'd found in the Yellow and which had sounded promising.

Can you guess what this 2cv's party trick is?....

The clue is in those cutaway rear wings. ;)

Don't tell me it's one of those cars with adjustable suspension and the driver can drop the body to the ground ?? :o

OK, so it's a replica but that means 602 or even 652cc engines with a possible total of 70bhp (if they're Dyane spec with forced induction). In a car that, at 560Kg, is only 10Kg above the B1 weight limit, that's quite a decent power to weight ratio and the A series spins smoothly to crankspeeds that would spell death for an IL4 so I reckon it'll go quite nicely.
