KFC (I'm informed they use at least some chicken in the production of their menu items)
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

(of) Fudge no idea, but in this case it's probably wise; Fudge is a confection, not a slang term for compacted poodum...
