Seated pedestrians (ie Aldis mountain, bike ridden once a year, around the caravan site)

MG Midget 1500, MGB GT V8, Morris Minor Traveller 1275, MG Midget 1275 & too many bicycles.

Motorists (How many ever passed a test is a mystery - as to my bike, I did pass a procficiency test and I carry insurance but to make it law, you would need to regulate cycling, take it seriously (Number plates???) and presumably put a lower age limit on it. I would have no problem with further regulation, as it would, if enforced, get rid of the comedians)
