 That custom Deuche is tremendous! I love what they've done with the dashboard and the whole concept could only have been dreamt up by a French genius, possibly acting under the influence of strong prescription pain relief.

Thanks for taking the trouble to find out, Rich. Much appreciated and TBH I'm not even a little surprised to discover that it's been sold given that its potential value is so much greater. :(

I'll have a proper look through that lot later, once I've been fed & watered, just got in and I'm absolutely Hank Marvin so a nice smoothie made with a couple of bananas, a couple of mini cucumbers and an egg is on tonight's high tea menu.

Aye, but that Akai at its asking price would have been one of those once in a lunchtime super bargains that only happen for other people. :|

There's a rare Edison brand radio/K7 boombox in the three pages you linked to, but sadly it's a generic club book brand aka of something like a Realistic or a Goldstar (LG as they call themselves now) and even at €30 it's too dear for what it is.
I'll keep looking on that site though, if nothing else it'll cause me to get my massive Collins/Robert dictionary out and learn some new French words. I might yet find another big R2R bargain.
:D

I'd never heard of those until I saw this one at a show this year

It gathered quite a crowd, not least because of the noise it made when running
