Me 'n all, and that gave it a hint of the SOSs. But without Phil. Interesting revelation about Anth's shady past though, who knew? And why did I call Anth "Ade" in the previous two posts? :?

Watched the Aston one. Mr Brewer, it would be safe to say, would gladly sell his soul to flip a car for that much!

As interesting as it was to hear about the emergency dash to the hospital, I would prefer they showed a bit more of the actual restoration process. Both the Aston and the Rover have jumped from bare shells in need of repair to painted, partially fitted out shells with barely a mention of the work carried out.

I guess this show has to offer something different to the others of a similar nature but details are all important IMHO!

I think by show it's past and other stuff not totally concentrating on the restoration is an attempt to get new blood into the classic car scene. And not scaring them off entirely which some can be when seeing a full restoration!

Remember baby steps, then once loured into the garage slam the door shut and their ours!

Ah!

So, did anyone else spot Drew Pritchard in the ring during the NEC auction? His Mrs was there this time too, but where was Enzo?
Would it be unduly cynical to suggest that the outcome for the Golf was staged? The owner's father in law buying the restored car and giving it back to him? Bloody nice bloke and very touching.
