It's built by an Italian company and based on Fiat 850 parts. It looks a bit like the Vignale Fiat Gamine from around the same time.

The Fiat 850 was a beautiful wee thing, the company responsible for doing that to it should be made to eat their own eyeballs as they clearly aren't using them in connection with their work. :twisted:

Those Simcas are pretty little cars, much sought after by enthusiasts, well worth restoring.
