Woah.. I had to play the Escort one time & again as I was so sure that it couldn't possibly be a scale replica. It's easier to get the shape right the larger the scale, but then the detail has to be so much better and this lad has it down, right to the way the thing handles. I'll be looking at more from his channel now.
Even more impressive is that he's managed to make that Wagoneer manage almost as well as the S3 on the trial route, in spite of its being beached on a few occasions. And the noise from the Landy; so familiar to anyone who ever drove one with a totally dry transfer box! He's obviously studied his subject from every angle, why is this man not employed by Land Rover?

if they are using the car for rallying, will the arches be reinforced?
also i bought genuine wings for my mg & they didn't fit either.. several hours to work out the captive nut was just out of place & wouldn't line up... much swearing was involved

Not sure they are planning to rally it. I'm sure I heard Nick saying that he was putting in roll cage plates but that was just "in case" .. as is his want many times .. future proofing.

I think they are building it as a road car but have put in the roll cage mounts "just in case" as it was silly not to while the shell was stripped.
I think the most interesting bit they have done so far is fixing the steering geometry but it's worrying how they have attached the steering arms to the dampers.
