From Cornwall? The fuel would cost more than the van
The Maxi is a decent prospect, but IF, and that's a big if
They offer possible delivery on the Metro
The Maestro seems like an honestly described, usable car that's had the roof cloth done, the one thing that's usually in need of work in even the best surviving examples of the Allegro's successor. I like MGF wheels on these, the rust spots the seller has highlighted appear to be minor and fixable before they become worrying, but even if that were a 1600 with automatic transmission it's not something I'd be suited with. Metro for the win.

Imagine taking that to a show loaded with the vintage Morris (pre-war OHC Minor?) that's illustrated in the photos. That would be quite a thing to see and, speaking as one who has been to shows with a 4x4 device disguised as a campervan, the German truck would be a welcome sight if the field was wet.
