You can probably be a general contractor and have subs working for you. If the second language is Spanish, you're at an advantage.

still working on wifey... this could take some time....second language is french, but ill have a go at Learning spanish.

Just do what the Americans do when speaking to someone who doesn't understand English. Speak very loudly and slowly.

So true! Don't worry, like the French, many Spanish speaking folks actually can understand some English, they just pretend not to when people get on their nerves.
