Thats a fair point, but I have this compulsion to try and prevent injuries. If I put hard or new boots on then I may as well book a bed in the intensive care ward again.
My feet doesn't have the padding or muscle on the sole everybody else has.
I stopped wearing callipers against doctors advice, as they caused wounds to my feet and it took 3-4
years to heal as my body's immune system is compromised with not producing the right amount of hormones.
