Not quite a Cord???

Isn't that an Aixam lookie-likey with the mighty 15bhp Lombardini vertical twin, non-turbo engine from the one that 16 year olds here in the UK are now legally allowed to drive? Vile bloody things, they've sold quite a few out here in the wilds in spite of the dealer being down in Bradford - some 140 miles away - and so far, by some miracle, nobody in a proper car has managed to rear end one on a single track road at night. In spite of our all trying pretty hard  .
They're lethal because of their 28mph maximum speed. Sorry, am I maybe giving the impression that I'm not suited with French Microcars unless they weigh over 800Kg, have a large turbo, 3 cylinders and can be hacked to provide more than 70bhp? ;)

When I was 16, we had mopeds and managed just fine. 8-)

I like the other two though.

My sincerest condolences. You could have committed arson in a naval dockyard and been out of prison in less time than that.
Seriously, would shoes not bring your good lady round to the only rational way of thinking that applies in situations involving Panhards?
