Now that's a serious concours d'état contender if ever there were one. Wire hose clips, period perfect battery, steel brake pipes, all exactly as it would have come back in 1965.
All of your other jobs have been very impressive indeed, but that takes accuracy of detail to a whole new level.

That's it, close the website down, it's not possible to better that!

I suspect the paint quality is a damn sight better than FoMoCo were slinging on in '65, even on the fancy specials like this.
I don't think for instance they'd have put a skim of filler on the drivetrain to get it mirror perfect.

It looks superb I would be scarred to drive it, when you do it will prbably get the authentic engine oil leaks as well! , they did used to prepare the show cars to this sort of standard, so it has a level of period autheticity as well.

One of the lecturers at college had a '66 one (in 1971/2) and it certainly didn't look as good as this one! There again, it was an agricultural college: plenty of brown smelly stuff about!
