A written test...

Question 1) What colour is the JCB?

Question 2) Can you pull a wheely on the public highway in a JCB?

Question 3) Did you laugh endlessly throughout every single film in the "Saw" series?

If your answers in each part began with the letter Y, then congratulations, you may now drive your JCB straight through the Mayoral chamber of your local council offices whilst singing "Rule Britannia" at the top of your voice.

Living within walking distance from the factory where they make the 3CX and having walked past their storage yard within the last 4 hours, you could be forgiven for thinking the answer to question 1 could be green. They appear to be doing a batch for the military at present. They also often have blue ones and I have seen at least one orange one. Currently in the front of the factory is one with a chrome wrap on it to celebrate 1,000,000 diggers.

no idea, no idea and it is an optional extra. They haven't kept up with the factory standard kit on the average car I'm afraid ;)

Worked on mother's Volvo.
The previous owner had removed the lpg system to put on another car.
But to block off the holes in the intake manifold that had been connected
to the lpg injectors, the guy had cut the pipes and just filled the ends of
the pipes with some kind of sealant. Which wasn't very good and had
caused a vaccum leak and rough ideal.

Image

Image

I had to buy vaccum caps off ebay as none of the auto shops I went into
had them and one guy who said he had been the business over 30 years
had never even heard of them!! (Which I find hard to believe!!)

Image

A bi of gasket sealant in the end of the caps to help give a good seal. And
I used the surgical claps to hold the end of the caps to push them on the
lpg fittings rather than the pliers.

Image

No problems since doing it
(fingers crossed and touch wood that was the problem ;) )

:( Tough break mate. Still, a washer leak never hurt anyone. Unless of course you filled your washer bottle with hydrofluoric acid and then it might sting a little.
