Not true at all in the Morris Minor market.
These cars now seem to be very much in demand and with a growing young ownership.
Five years ago, people were giving away project cars needing a lot of welding restoration, I was given a convertible! Now even tatty project cars with no MOT go for hundreds on Ebay. Condition 2 saloons with an MOT go for well over a grand or two and the really nice cars, especially Travellers, Convertibles and LCV's go for several K. My local club is at record membership levels.
Times are good in the Morris Minor world. Maybe some classic car marques have fallen from favor, but fashions and markets change!
