The WRU are in full retreat  :!:

There is a pre war car in Llangynidr Service Station but I'm afraid it's not one I am familiar with.....radiator is a tad Triumphlike. A Hillman Super Minx went past the shop yesterday and this morning, I saw a Land Rover S2A at Rassau, near Ebbw Vale.

The place was absolutely packed today, despite bikers crashing closing various roads.

I saw a two tone brown/biege Mk 5 Cortina near Morrisons in Ebbw Vale. A bit later I saw a Kermit green Mini, on a Y suffix, that looked like a left over boy racers car from thirty years ago. The Cortina looked like a working car but a well maintained one and I reflected that if you can get the bits for them, I'd sooner have that, than anything else I saw, when I was out and about yesterday..... though I did see a 63 plate Land Rover Defender (I again reflected on the sad fact, that they are dropping that but carrying on making handbags).

The Hillman Super Minx went past and I saw where it went to this time. A modern Fairyesta was behind it (There are some road works up the road) and it seemed to dwarf the Super Minx  . True to form, the jerk in the Fiesta was on the brakes all the time   :!:
