A few more bits done.O/S Lower corner,O/S rear arch,O/S sill,O/S inner wing repair panel ect ect.
Also went over to Ashford Kent to see a guy who has 2 Lotus mk1s one of which is a race car.
He put new jets ect in the carbs.

I bet it feels good when you can stand back and say "I did that". More Lotus, less air and another step closer to getting it on the road. As always, your work looks first rate :)
Understeer: when you hit the wall with the front of the car.
Oversteer: when you hit the wall with the back of the car.
Horsepower: how fast you hit the wall.
Torque: how far you take the wall with you.

A lot more done.
Both inner wing tops done.
Bonnet hindge brackets welded on.
Front clamped into position.
Bonnet on,genuine new old stock wings and front panel in place ect ect.

Hello Tina, it looks like the surgery is going as planned. Not long until you will be back on your wheels and winning shows!

Back up to Clacton today and great progress.
N/S Sill
N/S rear arch
N/S bulk head
N/S lower corner
Inner sills both sides
Front panel on
Really taking shape now.

You are making this look very easy. Are you working on her one day a week or squeezing in hours where you can?
