Any body got photos of their car on their wedding day? i've got a photo of mine after it was "decorated" by my friends. When i find out how to send photos will share it with you. It was a 1958 Simca Montlehery, great car when it was going but most unreliable car I have owned

Yep - First wedding (1983) was a Rolls 20/25 and a Silver Shadow mk1, she did not like old cars nor the formula 1 stock car racing that I was into at the time so within a few years of the wedding she had to go - second time around to my lovely wife now was ten years ago and a lot less formal affair - so only a Chrysler Voyger mk 1 - however it was in Onterio, Canada - due to move house in a few months so all pics packed up - no chance of posting them for now - in fact the ones of the first wedding went in the bin - I need no reminder of that dragon.

I had two Jags at my wedding - very nice. I met the guy who kindly loaned one of them at an autojumble. He recognised me, but I didn't recognised him - I had other things I suppose.
My Maestro was the equivelent to the Aston above. The young couples "practical" classic.

I had two silver Jaguar MkX's and a black Mk1 Mini as my wedding cars.
We left the reception in the Mini, which was borrowed from a friend. My wife insists I have to buy that Mini it ever comes up for sale.

What a beautiful car, and what a lovely way to display it.

prince William has done absolutely nothing for the classic movement by driving down the mall in an Aston Martin. All his drive proved yet again was that we (and by in large through no choice of our own) are giving him and his family far too much money, which they neither deserve or have earned. The car is merely another trinket they own earned off the sweat of
ourbrows. I doubt he even knows were the fuel goes let alone carry out a minor service.

s'an outrage!

Especially how the bloke who can fly a helicopter can't even open a petrol cap. How can this madness be allowed to happen when there are starving people in Africa?
Anyway, nice Aston.
