oil extractor

I meant to post back on this, as some may remember I fell off my ladders back at the end of May and couldn't do much due to having a damaged arm. Boredom left me needing a project I could do one handed on the bench so I reworked my rough and ready extractor using the fridge compressor and an old compressor tank I had lying about.

This little beast works brill for oil sucking, brake bleeding and the like, decent tank capacity, empties out the bottom without much fuss and as a bonus I think looks a fair bit nicer than the old one. Could still use a little tidying but I did make it with only one hand.

Cost, well nothing, so a bargain too

Here it is on duty bleeding the brakes on the lads series 3, a bit overkill for the job but far better than an eezibleed.
